Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Ensure Port & Terminal business activities run smoothly in accordance with optimization working condition and maintain good Port & Terminal Facilities & Infrastructure. Placement : SCN Logistics Group (Subsidiary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk) 

Job Description

  • Regular inspection for Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure) 
  • Prepares recommendations for any Repair work at the Port & Terminal to the Port & Terminal Manager 
  • Prepares Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Maintenance program schedule
  • Coordinates any Maintenance & Repair functions to minimize loss of revenue and cost 
  • Reviews any Repair request and compares to the request with previous work to determine that expenditures are economically sound 
  • Cooperates with Port & Terminal Manager to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety and regulation 
  • Ensure all of Maintenance & Repair work comply with QHSE procedures and SOP 
  • Supervise any contractors work to ensure completion of work will be efficient, effective and at minimum cost 
  • Provide weekly & monthly report to the Port & Terminal Manager 

Main Responsibility

  • Provide Port Engineer Working Program to cover any Maintenance & Repair of the Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure) 
  • Provide any required technical engineering calculation for the Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure) 
  • Provide yearly draft Budget for Maintenance & Repair Program to the Port & Terminal Manager 
  • Provide deep analysis on how to improve Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure)

Requirement

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3-year experience in Port Facilities, Infra & Supra-structure project. Proven experience as a Port Engineer or Port Facilities or Maintenance Engineer OR
  • Experienced in civil construction (contractor/consultant) field
  • Good technical & engineering skills 
  • Experience in planning and budgeting 
  • Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving aptitude, Team management skills 
  • Computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) 
  • Good oral and written communication in English
  • Willing to relocate to Batam
