PT Citra Tubindo Tbk, a group of Vallourec, was established in 1983 to provide the end finishing of OCTG (oil country tubular goods) for the oil industry in Indonesia.

The plant started production in June 1984 as a pioneering enterprise on the island of Batam, situated just 20km south of Singapore and has now become the logistics centre for the oil service industry in all of Indonesia. Both Citra Tubindo’s strategic location, coupled with having a deep water port located in the industrial estate, allows for the efficient global export of its products.

Over 75% of its products are shipped to major multinational oil companies as well as state oil companies located around the world. It specialises in high performance proprietary pipe and premium thread connections for use in ever demanding well environments.

Job Position : Apprenticeship/Traineeship - Project Officer

 

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

TERRIE - Project Officer

Tertiary Exposure and Recruitment towards Industrial Excellence (TERRIE) Apprenticeship program in generating fresh graduate or final semester college student to be capable in working in the manufacturing and logistics company.

  1. Duration: 6 months, 1 month in house training and 5 months on the job training
  2. Tandem with Employee As your buddies to train technical and non-technical skills to ensure international standard competence.
  3. Evaluation at The End of Program evaluating participants' performance and competency development progress.
  4. The program can not be done offline or hybrid.
  5. Target: to support employee project. if there is a position available, the alumni of this program will be our priority to be recruited.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, industrial, physics, cloud)
  • GPA >3.0
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Preferably from top university 
  • College student (last semester) or fresh graduate
  • Commit to have minimum 6 months on the job training
  • Good written and verbal English communication skill
