Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Have 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have proven ability to manage after sales service operational strategic plan 
  • Have a wide knowledge in air conditioning installation, maintenance, trouble shoot and service 
  • Good in communication, leadership, and problem solving thinking
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft excel)
  • Fluent in English

Job Description :

  • Responsible to manage after sales service activities and make strategic plan to increase customer satisfaction rate.
  • Responsible to supervised the quality of installation, maintenance, and service
  • Monitoring performance of after sales service staff in Batam
  • Responsible to analyze the problem in after sales service department and provide the solution
  • Prepared timely and accurate management report due after sales service management
  • Organize technical training activities both internal training or external training activities
  • Maintain the good name of the company and Achieve the targets every months
