Tim terdiri dari lebih dari 150 Insinyur dan Inspektur dengan kualifikasi tinggi mulai dari Sarjana Teknik hingga Magister dilengkapi dengan pengalaman mulai dari 10 tahun hingga 30 tahun.

Purchasing Supervisor

 

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Supervise and Obtaining bids to realize maximum value from the expenditure of company finds in the purchase of materials and services
  • Providing value added services to the company by constantly striving to find the new and better product, sources of supply, and better ways of meeting the needs of the using departments / requestor
  • Maintaining liaisons with the vendor that service the company
  • Locating subtitute materials in cases of emergencies, material shortages, strikes, or other external circumstances
  • Provide advice and guidance to requestor on shipping methods and services, risks, and costs for domestic and international shipments, analysis logistical requirements and decides on appropriate methods and services to use, based on standart practice, plans, executes, and monitor shipments
  • Source and qualify new suppliers.
  • Manage commercial relationship with suppliers, price, terms and conditions, quality
  • Review, approve, and issue purchase orders
  • Source and develop supply chains for manufacturing raw materials and services
  • Complete best value option analysis on new materials or services
  • Estabilish and report purchasing key performance indicators
  • Train others on purchasing workflow and standart practices
  • Maintain purchasing standart practices and participate in internal control audits
  • Support preparation for audit management system
  • Comply with the K3L policy that applies in the company
  • Actively involved in all safety, Health, Enviromental protection program
  • Perform all duties assigned by management team

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from reputable University
  • 5 years experience in Purchasing
  • Experience in Oil and Gas Industry will be advantage
  • Fluent in english both oral and written
  • Deep knowledge about Purchasing regulations (import, customs, tax, etc)
  • Proficiency in microsoft office applications
  • Have good analytical skills and accuracy
  • Demostrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Placement in Batam, Kep. Riau
