Job Description:
- Fixed asset register, maintaining and services
- Building and parking maintenance
- Infrastructure and facility management
- Supervise the company's documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
- Supervise the orderliness office administration and facilities
- Coordinating with interior and Mechanical Engineering Works third parties for building and constructions contract
- Coordinating with external according to agreement & service of company facilities
- Vendor management
